You can see the range of pieces we have chosen to perform by looking at past events on this website. It really does go from before William Byrd to the present day.

The choir season lasts from September to the end of June with a break at Christmas and at Easter. We periodically go on tour, and here are some of us singing in the Salt Mines near Krakow whilst on tour in May 2019:

We also occasionally hold workshops where those who want to can have the chance to sing for a day in smaller groups with one or two to a part.

There are a number of social activities throughout the year, usually ending with a summer BBQ just after the summer concert.

We currently have vacancies for committed and enthusiastic singers in all voices.  All members must be able to read music, but voice quality is more important than flawless sight-singing.

If you are interested in joining us, contact us or ring 0118 947 0104.  You will be invited to try us out at a Tuesday evening rehearsal. If you then wish to continue, the music director will make an assessment of your voice, normally during the refreshment break at a subsequent rehearsal.
