You can see the range of pieces we have chosen to perform by looking at past events on this website. It really does go from before William Byrd to the present day.

The choir season lasts from September to the end of June with a break at Christmas and at Easter. We periodically go on tour. Here we are singing at the Menin gate in Ypres in July 2102.

We also occasionally hold workshops where those who want to can have the chance to sing for a day in smaller groups with one or two to a part.

There are a number of social activities throughout the year, usually ending with a summer BBQ just after the summer concert.

We currently have vacancies for committed and enthusiastic tenors and basses with good sight reading. Interested sopranos and altos can join a waiting list.

If you are interested in joining us, email us at membership@reading bachchoir.org.uk or ring 0118 947 0104.
